It’s just one mile per day from Memorial Day to Independence Day. Just at a month. I have shoes that I can use for alternation so I don’t wear out my newer training shoes faster. I have enough apparel to get me through a week without having to wear smelly shorts before laundry day.
I’ve tried streaking for a week before, and couldn’t maintain the pace. But, I never tried just running one mile on streak days (plus regular training on regular days). I’m in! Who’s with me?
Hopefully, it will be good conditioning for the Tribbett (aka Hotter than Hades) Half Marathon, too!
